The support that the local 3rd sector organisations and community groups provide is integral to the ongoing wellbeing of the Kensington and Chelsea population and it is important for us to have collaborative, sustainable and supportive relationships for the long term.

Over the years we have developed various training, workshops and spaces for supervision and reflection to support organisations who have been working with people affected by Grenfell and have 3 main areas that we can offer support in, which are detailed below

This can include training on subjects such as trauma, neurodiversity and building team resilience for leaders and facilitated Action Learning Sets.

We also offer a version of the Tree of Life for teams, designed to identify individual and team strengths and build resilience.

According to the HCPC, ‘Reflection is a process which helps you gain insight into your professional practise by thinking analytically about any element of it. The insights developed, and lessons learned, can be applied to maintain good practice and can also lead to developments and improvements for both the professional and their service users.’

We have clinicians experienced in facilitating Supervision, Consultation and reflective practice spaces for teams and we can tailor sessions by exploring what the team is facing on the ground and checking in throughout subsequent sessions to ensure the sessions stay relevant and useful.

We can offer a variety of wellbeing interventions for teams such as workshops on identifying and coping with anxiety, stress and burnout, mindfulness sessions, resilience building sessions, compassion focused therapy sessions and many more.
