Compassion Mind Group

If you’ve been affected by Grenfell and struggle with difficulties such as depression, anxiety and guilt our Compassionate Mind Group can help.
The Compassionate Mind Group is a skills-based group which involves weekly exercises. It is based on the principles of promoting mental and emotional wellbeing by encouraging compassion towards the self and others. Exploring and encouraging compassion can be especially helpful for those of us who struggle with self-criticism and difficulties such as anxiety, depression, guilt, shame and low self-esteem.
The group is open to anyone (over the age of 18) affected by Grenfell.

DS Family Get Together Event January 2025
25 January 2025, 13:00 - 16:00
Staff at Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service will be providing a monthly drop-in on the last Saturday of every month.
The next event will take place on Saturday 25 January at 1pm - 4pm
Venue: GHWS, Exmoor Street, London W10 6DZ

New Compassion Focussed Therapy group for young adults
28 January 2025, 17:00 - 18:30
The Compassion Focussed Therapy Group is for young adults aged 17 – 19 years old and aims to alleviate suffering by learning how to engage our minds and to live in a more compassionate way.
Details of the Young People’s Compassion Group:
Who: Young adults (17-19yrs old)
When: Starting 28 January 2025, weekly on Tuesdays at 5pm – 6:30pm
Where: Grenfell Health & Wellbeing Service, St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing
