      04 August 2025, 12:00 - 13:30

Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service and the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team are running a weekly Garden Club

      Aim

We provide a weekly space where local residents and members of Grenfell impacted community can come together, improve health and wellbeing through nature, growing fruit, vegetables and flowers, and being outdoors together.

The session is led by a gardener and therapists, to provide any additional health and wellbeing support that may be useful to members.

      Why join the Garden Group?

There is evidence that shows this improves wellbeing, reduces low mood and feelings of anxiety, and impacts physical health in a positive way.

It is an opportunity to access social support and a sense of community and belonging, which research indicates increases wellbeing and resilience.
