If you’ve been affected by Grenfell and struggle with difficulties such as depression, anxiety and guilt our Compassionate Mind Group can help.
The Compassionate Mind Group is a skills-based group which involves weekly exercises. It is based on the principles of promoting mental and emotional wellbeing by encouraging compassion towards the self and others. Exploring and encouraging compassion can be especially helpful for those of us who struggle with self-criticism and difficulties such as anxiety, depression, guilt, shame and low self-esteem.
The group is open to anyone (over the age of 18) affected by Grenfell.
