Life after loss can feel isolating, confusing, and difficult to put into words. Staff from Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service are running a 8-week therapy group which offers a supportive and confidential space for people who are Grenfell impacted and  navigating the impact of loss in their lives.

The group provides an opportunity to share experiences, reflect together, and offer mutual support in a compassionate setting. Alongside open discussion, we will explore common themes connected to loss, such as grief, change, identity, relationships and the challenges of looking towards the future.

For 8 weeks, the team will provide a warm, understanding space where you can all reflect on each others experience of grief and life beyond loss.

Sessions are gently facilitated and shaped by the needs of the group, allowing space for both listening and speaking, at a pace that feels right for you.

Date: Starting Wedensday 22nd April
Time: 1:30pm - 3pm
