Art therapy is an established form of psychological therapy delivered by trained art therapists / art psychotherapists. It is designed to help anyone by supporting their social, emotional and mental health needs using a creative approach. Art therapy can be very effective in the relief of stress, anxiety, improving self-esteem, symptoms of depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and coping with physical illness or disability.
