The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Team is running mindfulness: guided relaxation classes every Monday from 2.30pm to 3.15pm at The Space, 214 Freston Road, W10 6TT.

Mindful meditation is a practice to relax and recharge your mind. Its benefits include reduction of stress and it can alleviate emotional and physical pain.
