The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is running a free, confidential mediation service for residents, to help resolve low level disputes between neighbours.
The Council doesn’t have any power to take enforcement action but can bring in an independent mediator to start discussions between the two parties, to reach an agreement.
A mediator can help with a range of issues including:
Clashes in lifestyle
Use of shared space
Parking disputes
Noise including loud music, children and pets
