Staff from Grenfell Health and Wellbeing will be holding an 8-week women’s group to where they explore ways to ease stress and improve wellbeing.

This 8-week women’s group combines mindfulness and creative movement to support emotional, physical, and psychological wellbeing in a safe, trauma-informed space.
Mindfulness offers tools for calm, focus, and self-awareness, while Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) invites expression through the body, unlocking creativity and deeper connection to yourself and others.

Together, these practices create a richer, more accessible path to healing—especially for women who may find traditional approaches less inclusive. Through movement, presence, and shared experience, this group offers ways to ease stress, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself and others in supportive community.

The team will come together in early 2026 to deliver the workshop and is open to women from all backgrounds within the community and adults aged 18 years and over.
