The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service will be running a feedback month from 1st to 30th November

The purpose of this feedback month is to help us to improve on the quality of support that we deliver and we would love to hear from you about what you think of our service. 

There will be a number  of options for how you can leave feedback, including on paper, online, or through a conversation.

The staff that you work with will be in touch with you during November to ask you if and how you would like to leave us some feedback.
