The Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service is a free and confidential NHS service for children and adults affected by the events of the Grenfell Tower Fire.

We provide a range of psychological therapies and support to help you feel better if you’re feeling traumatised, down, stressed or have been bereaved.

As of the end of February 2019 the service reports:

  • In total, the Outreach Team report 12,691 contacts with 98 complex cases currently being case managed.
  • Outreach have attempted to contact 23,855 people in total, 11,164 did not respond
  • Screening for trauma has been provided for 6,789 people. This includes screens completed by outreach, adults team, CAMHS team and GPs.
  • There are 1,531 adult referrals that have entered treatment and 502 have completed
  • There are 1,575 adults who have declined or dropped out of  treatment
  • 846 children and young people have been referred into CAMHS services to date. Treatment has commenced for 377 children. 228 children have completed their treatment. 240 children have declined treatment.

As of 31 December 2018 the service reports:

  • In total, the Outreach Team report 11,595 contacts with over 90 complex cases currently managed by them.
  • Outreach have attempted to contact 20,854 people in total, 9,259 did not respond
  • Screening for trauma has been provided for 5,763 people. This includes screens completed by outreach, adults team, CAMHS team and GPs.
  • There are 1,427 adult referrals that have entered treatment and 455 have completed treatment.
  • There are 1,463 adults who have declined or dropped out of  treatment.
  • 802 children and young people have been referred into CAMHS services to date. Treatment has commenced for 348 children. 216 children have completed their treatment. 213 children have declined treatment.
