Staff from Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service will be supporting the All for one Community Hub CIC "Unite in Bliss" event on the 23rd March which is being held at Undr.
The team will have a table with grounding materials and wellbeing tips and our Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Lead for CYP Dr Sara Northey will be hosting two yoga sessions – one mat based and one chair based
The team at All for One Community Hub CIC are also raising money to buy a Bleed Kit to install in the community
