We’ve updated our wellbeing guidance for professionals in healthcare and education.
In caring professions, we can sometimes forget to look after our own wellbeing while supporting others.
The guidance covers things like dealing with burnout, remote burnout, and how to access support, as well as strategies for looking after one’s whole wellbeing.
Burnout is common in all occupations but can be more prevalent in caring professions.
