The Grenfell Recovery and Wellbeing College and Community Champions are running a series of wellbeing workshops from March for the Kensington community.

People can do courses on many wellbeing topics including on understanding depression, developing resilience and managing anxiety in uncertain times.

The courses will take place online and are open to anyone living in Kensington and Chelsea. For more information on the courses download the poster and programme here.

Managing anxiety in uncertain times: Thursday 18 March 1pm to 2:30pm

Discovering self-compassion: Thursday 25 March 1pm to 2:30pm

Understanding me, understanding you: Managing difficult feelings and establishing supportive relationships using a tool called mentalization 4-week course, 1.5 hour workshop each week

Week 2: Thursday 22 April 1pm to 2:30pm

Week 3: Thursday 29 April 1pm to 2:30pm
