We are recruiting for two exciting new roles of Neighbourhood Leads in the transformed Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service. These roles will be key to the delivery of a community led service for those affected by Grenfell.

The Neighbourhood Lead will be informed by the communities’ and service user voices to make sure we meet the needs of the diverse community we serve.

We are looking for two people who relish the opportunity to manage services where the drive is to respond to community need first and foremost whilst also ensuring we are compassionate, safe and use our time limited resources to make a real difference.

The ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with the community and leading a responsive, multi-disciplinary team is an essential skill and we are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people who have experience of engaging communities and creating culturally competent mental health interventions in collaboration with residents and organisations.

The successful post holder will be able to engage local residents in health and wellbeing services and be able to work flexibly, positively, creatively and sensitively within a very challenging and fast-changing context, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with individuals and community organisations.

We would be particularly interested in applications from people who live/have worked within the local North Kensington community.
