Are you passionate about managing teams of dedicated professionals to deliver high quality interventions? Our teams work with children, young people, families and communities who have been affected by trauma. Have you got experience of leading teams in creative, innovative ways?
We have two exciting new roles for Neighbourhood Leads in the transformed Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service who will be pivotal to the delivery of a Community led service for those affected by the Grenfell fire.
The Neighbourhood Lead roles will be informed by the communities' and service user voices to ensure we meet the needs of the diverse community we serve. We are looking for two people who relish the opportunity to manage services where the drive is to respond to community need first and foremost whilst also ensuring we are compassionate, safe and use our time limited resources to make a real difference.
The ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with the community and leading a responsive, multi-disciplinary team is an essential skill and we are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing people who have experience of creating conversation and culturally competent mental health interventions in collaboration with residents and organisations.
The successful post holder will be able to work flexibly, positively, creatively and sensitively within a very challenging and fast-changing context, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
We would be particularly interested in applications from people who live/have worked within the local North Kensington community.
