For Children’s Mental Health Week, our Grenfell Heroes are discussing what makes them happy.

Whether it’s playing with fidgets or hanging out with friends, thinking about what makes us happy can be really helpful for those times when we’re not feeling okay, and need a little help to feel better.

Our Grenfell Heroes invite you to make a list of what makes you happy, or discuss with your family and friends, so we can all lend each other a little support when we need it.

Watch our Grenfell Heroes talk about what makes them happy.
What are Grenfell Heroes?

Grenfell Heroes are children aged 8 to 11 from the community, who work with the NHS as service user consultants to improve our services.

What is Children’s Mental Health Week?

It’s Children’s Mental Health Week from 6 to 12 February 2023, and this year's theme is Let's Connect.

Children’s Mental Health Week was established in 2015 to shine a spotlight on the importance of children's mental health. Getting involved is designed to encourage children (and adults) to consider how we can make meaningful connections that support our mental health.
