This Children’s Mental Health Week is a great opportunity for us to reshare a really helpful resource for young people – our practical workbook on dealing with uncertainty.
Uncertainty is a part of life, but sometimes it can cause us to feel stressed or anxious, particularly if we’ve experienced trauma.
Luckily there are things we can do to help us prepare for and deal with uncertainty.
Our workbook for young people has some activities that can help with planning and problem solving for potential future worrying scenarios. All you need is a pen and some paper, or your phone to make some notes and you’re ready to go!
